The Tipsy Cow

A  tasty dining and drinking destination,  the Tipsy Cow is one of the newest hot spots to grace Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills.  A welcomed addition, it is the second  Tipsy Cow venue, the first has been in Sherman Oaks since 2014.

If these walls could talk, they would certainly have a lot to tell.  Originally the home of Soup’s Sport Grill, it’s been slightly transformed and the new look still features the long bar, open space, rafters, a  sizeable patio and some comfy new booths.

Founding partners PJ, Joe Barker (chef owner), along with Jeff Berry are at the helm of this location that combines comfort and elegance along with contemporary cuisine.
